Charcuterie Salad: An Easy Chopped Antipasto Salad (Plus What Costco Sells)

Quick Answer: A charcuterie salad is a board, chopped: salami, mozzarella, olives, artichokes and chickpeas over romaine, with a red wine vinaigrette. It takes 20 minutes. Costco doesn't sell one by that name; its closest ready-made salad is the Kirkland Signature Burrata Salad.

Does Costco sell a charcuterie salad?

Not under that name, as of November 1, 2026. The nearest thing in the deli is the Kirkland Signature Burrata Salad with Balsamic Dressing (item #16942): spring mix, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, parsley and burrata, about $7.99 a pound, so most containers are around $18 (Parade). It has no salami. To get a true charcuterie salad, add sliced salami at home, or make the full version below with Costco ingredients.

Steps

  1. Make the dressing. Shake everything in a jar. Taste it on a lettuce leaf; add a pinch more salt or a splash of vinegar if it's flat.
  2. Prep the toppings. Cut the salami into strips and everything else into bite-size pieces, so every forkful gets a bit of each.
  3. Marinate the sturdy things. Toss the chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, artichokes and peppers with half the dressing. Let them sit 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Toss and serve. Add the lettuce, salami, mozzarella and the rest of the dressing. Toss, then shave Parmesan over the top.

Why it works: it uses the same balance as a good board. Salty, fatty salami and creamy mozzarella get cut by the acid in the vinaigrette, pepperoncini and artichokes, and the crisp lettuce and chickpeas add the crunch crackers usually bring.
